California Day 2: "There is only one terminal here"

Today I probably had the biggest blonde moment ever.  I had booked Clayton's flight for him to come to California.  I was so excited to pick him up and see him.  We had gotten to the airport, and my dad and I went to go and get him.  He called me and said that he was off the plane, and asked where I was.  I told him we were by terminal 2.  He said," there is only one terminal here.  Are you at the right airport?" I immediately handed the phone to my dad.  We were at the wrong airport, and yes I was the one who booked his flight.  I had researched flights for the John Wayne airport a dozen times, and apparently that is what stuck in my brain.  So we got in the car and drove for 30 minutes to the right airport.  I knew that I would never live this one down. Let's just say I still haven't lived it down.  So we picked Clayton up at the right airport and drove straight to Knott's Berry Farm.

KNOTT'S BERRY FARM

Knott's Berry Farm definitely didn't disappoint.  We literally rode every single roller coaster. One right after the other.  Clayton had told me that rides that spin make him sick.  So he tried to avoid all of the Roller Coasters that spun.  We were getting ready to get on one of the rides, and he said that he was super worried about it, and probably shouldn't ride.  I tried talking him into not going, but he insisted on going haha okay maybe I didn't try super hard.  On the ride he kept saying I am going to puke, and me being the nice person I am just kept laughing.  We get off the ride, and his face is literally green.  Let's just say it didn't take him long before he threw up in the bushes.  I was really supportive and sat and laughed.  Aren't I nice? So I go to the wrong airport, and he pukes.  We are quite the pair.  It was all worth it though.

DODGER'S GAME

We ended the night by going to a Dodgers game.  We of course had to get a hot dog.  My favorite quote of the day was when my mom leaned over to me and said, "this is the best little wiener I have ever had".  There is nothing like a hot dog at a baseball game.  It was a really fun time.  We sure do love baseball in our family!!
